  • Lots of unique PvE and PvP content

Aion Gameplay

Aion is a social-oriented fantasy game with one of the most beautiful visuals among MMO games and immersive PvP-based combat system, amazingly balanced and flexible. It has lots of social features, such as Legions, group dungeons, housing systems and more. In this game, you can get real wings for your character, have an incredible magical pet and enjoy the detailed lore of Aion.

When you enter the game for the very first time, you will have to create a character. Aion has an extensive editor of the appearance, so you most likely spend hours creating your hero. There is also an opportunity to change the gender, faction, name and class of character.

The plot of the game is quite simple. There are two factions in eternal rival, Asmodians and Elyos; both of them blame each other for the cataclysm that destroyed the centre of the world. Asmodians are strange and mystic creatures that live in the dark upper part of the Atreia, Asmodae. Elyos are opposite. These angelic beings live in the lower part of the Atreia, called Elysea. They differ not only in appearance but also in skills: the same class is slightly different between the two races.

In Aion, all players can obtain a private house. It has some benefits and features. For example, there is an opportunity to store items at home. Players can teleport to their house automatically and relax here after the combat. You can also decorate your house with various furniture.

The famous PvPvE function opens for characters at level 25. The Abyss area is a full PvP; it has no safe zones so that everyone will attack you: monsters, NPCs, other players. The inhabitants of the Abyss are the Balaur race, monstrous and mighty. They're the one responsible for the death of gods.

In the Abyss, Legions can control different areas and besiege castles. It gives exclusive benefits for legions, such as unique rewards and access to the hunting areas and sources of valuable materials.

Aion Classes

The game has six basic classes. All of them are evolving into sub-class after the Ascent of the character. Also, after that, all heroes can get wings with additional stat bonuses.

  • Warrior — it's a primary tank class. These characters prefer close melee combat, and they have a high rank of HP and defence. Their subclasses are the advanced tank Templar or a mighty damage dealer Gladiator.
  • Scout — it's a starter class for all agile and sneaky heroes. They can use a sword and dagger or a bow so that these heroes can be both ranged and close-combat. After the Ascension, they can become close-combat Assassins or a Ranger, the master of tricks and traps.
  • Mage — a mighty damage class with low HP. They'are adepts of the elements and great users of spells. The subclasses of Mages are powerful Sorcerer or a pet-class, summoner Spiritmaster.
  • Priest — a primary supportive class, an excellent healer and buffer. The Priest's subclasses are booster Chanter or gifted healer Cleric.
  • Technist — an engineering class, the talented creator of mechanisms and machines. Their subclasses are Gunslinger, users of guns and aether cannons, or Aethertech, summoner of mechanical mounts, Bastions.
  • Muse — the artist with magical skills, their subclasses are Songweaver, musical warrior, or Vandal, physical damage class that uses paint as a weapon.
