ATLAS Gameplay

ATLAS features a massive open world for the players to discover an ultimate pirate experience. Each server may offer thousands of players to co-exist and interact with each other, and you can sail the ocean in real-time. It includes over seven hundred landmasses across forty-five thousand square kilometres. The zones are located in different climate areas and include unique creatures, points of interest, caves, dungeons and various obtainable resources.

The game welcomes the players with the interactive character creation menu, and you can change most of the facial features, gender, skin colour and other unique pirate features. The players can also unlock additional features during the gameplay, such as cosmetics and unique abilities. The game allows you to select between player-versus-player and player-versus-environment servers, and the first option allows anyone to attack others at any time. ATLAS focuses on the survival aspect, and such servers are dedicated to providing a satisfying experience to everyone.

ATLAS offers the players to learn multiple basic systems to ensure the survival of their characters, and that includes thirst, hunger and vitamin systems. There are four vitamin levels, and you need to keep them up by consuming different types of food. Exceeding the limit of each also brings negative effects, such as blurring screen and health pool decrease. Engaging in combat can lead to different types of damage, and the players have to use various consumables to restore their characters to normal.

In ATLAS, all the players start their experience on an uninhabited island, and in that location, the in-game tutorial takes them through all the game mechanics. You need to gather specific resources to build your first schooner to leave the island, and heading out may require to have a stock of food and water to reach other points of interest. The players have to manually set up the sails and control the ship’s wheel, as well as keeping an eye on the wind so as not to lose speed. On a later stage of the game, the players can hire a computer-controlled character to become a crew member and take care of these tasks, while you navigate the seas using your compass.

This multiplayer RPG allows the players to gather resources and build various structures that may serve multiple purposes. You may start a base and choose it as a respawn point, and there are numerous upgrades to it. Purchasing bed allows you to save the game, and you can also craft a cooking pot for better quality food. The game enables you to farm and tame wild animals to ride or use them for other purposes. The players can also pursue the main storyline to acquire unique rewards and experience points.

ATLAS features a unique Organization system, and the players can form massive communities to engage in various activities together. Such organizations may build bases, gigantic ships and provide the players with resources to improve their abilities and equipment. The game fits both casual and hardcore players, and there are different types of servers that have varying difficulty. A large number of activities in the game provide a satisfying experience to most players, and you can explore the world in any direction while completing any objectives you prefer. The unique pirate atmosphere, along with high-quality graphics, offers the players a genuinely immersive experience.
