Bloodlines of Prima Gameplay
Bloodlines of Prima is a unique survival MMORPG where players get to experience an environment of a cosmic prison, where two guilds are at war. Enemy alliances follow the goal of controlling the region and gaining the ability to own the Prima — an almighty magical monument that grants nearly infinite elemental powers. The Prima’s vaults also hold almost unlimited amounts of treasure and powerful equipment.
At the start of the game, participants get to choose their side — one of the two guilds who wield various powers and support different magic schools. This MMORPG presents a classless gameplay system and allows to customize the character’s skills as wished. There are hundreds of elemental abilities that can be set to the character’s usage. After customizing, players are free to venture forward in order to complete the world’s PvP and PvE objectives. Bloodlines of Prima is mostly oriented at player-versus-player gameplay but completing the PvE quests gives vast amounts of experience and some exclusive gear, as well as resources.
This first-person MMORPG emphasizes survival mechanics. It is essential to gather resources in order to craft diverse equipment, magical stones, health, stamina and mana potions, upgrades, scrolls and such. Characters must also create necessary survival objects such as water, food and medicaments. Bloodlines of Prima possesses a unique crafting system called “transmuting”. It allows using every available item in the game in the way of combining it with other objects. Transmuting grants an always successful result, as every item combination promises something to come out of it. There is no “junk” to be sold at the local market, as every little thing is usable.
Characters abilities in the game utilize a slider-like system of skill customization. Hundreds of abilities with a range of use can be heavily modified by max-min sliders, as they respond well to the attribute points. The range of skills allows such actions as spawn a wall to stop projectiles, running up a cliff, or surrounding targets with explosive runes, beside mundane fireball and ice arrow shooting. Abilities are tied to three pieces of equipment present on the character. Participants have to find a new piece of gear that drops from an enemy or boss, trade with others or find treasure caches around the world of the game. Switching them out and finding a mix that suits the needs is the primary battle preparing mechanic of the MMORPG. All of the abilities in Bloodlines of Prima are physics-based; they interact with other skills in case of the right timing happening. Two different attacks (for example, fire and water types) moving along the same path will collide, cancelling each other out.
There is a vast selection of abilities in the game:
Missiles utilize a projectile that travels along in the air by a straight line from caster to the targeted area.
Drop allows a projectile to fall to the ground over the enemy or area.
Rune puts an effect on the ground that will detonate after a certain period, depending on the specific ability.
Target allows to instantly cast an effect (damage, heal, etc.) to the destination.
Self can be used to cast an effect or buff to yourself.
Surround casts a spell that surrounds the caster with an area of the effect.
Generator creates an object and puts on an effect on a location. Nearby players can interact with the object generated to gain the buff.
Some rare enemies and world bosses drop rare loot that includes powerful epic abilities. Players must not forget that their enemies might want to take them too, so they would have to stay alert. Bloodlines of Prima encourages participants to engage in massive PvP battlegrounds. Each side is presented with a need to build up monuments, ziggurats and control points that give additional defence and abilities to draw out enemy attackers. Another team, respectively, must destroy those defence buildings to get closer to eliminating the enemy side.
