Bungie is an American game development company that was founded in May 1991. The most famous series of games developed by Bungie, Halo, is currently positioned as the killer app of Xbox consoles; however, the studio announced its independence from Microsoft back in October 2007. At the moment, the most popular original project of Bungie is online shooter Destiny 2.
