CryoFall Gameplay

In CryoFall, the players find themselves on a distant planet after the spaceship crash. You'll have to explore the world, confront multiple dangers, and search for and extract resources. During the gameplay, you will go deeper and deeper into the forests and swamps, deserts and tundra. The biomes are realistic and diverse; what's important, they are unique, not just a decoration. The game encourages players to explore, gather the necessary ingredients for craft, and travel. The game emphasizes the gaming experience and provides the best questlines. You will have to fight and craft and perform many other quests.

In particular, the game can record the presence of a specific story. During the game, you will discover the history of the world you explore. Mysterious radioactive ruins that cover valuable loot and dangers, as well as all kinds of technology. Besides, the game also has an economic component. You can start minting coins and actively participate in the economic life of the server. It's possible to build massive cities where life boils, and players cooperate in various ways.

One of the most specific parts of this game is character development. It's divided into skills and technology. You get the skills as you play. For example, if you use the sprinting ability, you will sooner or later get the skill "athletics" and will improve it as you use it. The same applies to different types of resource extraction, different types of combat and so on. Technology is broken down into four 'shooting galleries', each developing a standard line and taking you from stone guns to high-tech weapons and from primitive gathering to the science of the future.

To learn the technology, you will need knowledge points, which you get for any action in the game. Still, the best ways to get these points are mini-quests. In addition to pumping and building bases, you will traditionally have to take care of your character. There are four essential scales in the game: Health, Stamina, Hunger, and Thirst. It means that you will have to engage in a fascinating search for food, grow and collect plants, collect rainwater and use different tools to develop the base.

Monsters in CryoFall are quite diverse. Depending on the biome and depth of immersion in the mysteries of the planet, the variety of representatives of alien fauna becomes more and more widely from standard snakes, wolves and boars, to mutated giant scorpions causing psi-damage. Still, the most terrifying, cruel and unpredictable opponents will, of course, other players. After all, they will break your walls and kill your character. I want to note that in the event of the death of the hero has already learned the skills and techniques you will not lose, but a fair share of unallocated points of knowledge you are likely to fail.
