NARAKA: BLADEPOINT Gameplay

NARAKA: BLADEPOINT takes its place in an ancient eastern world inspired by traditional Chinese and Japanese culture. Players can explore this massive world and interact with various enemies and other gamers. Deep forests, steer cliffs, ancient cities and small villages are available to the players to explore and communicate with their inhabitants

The combat system of this game is complex; it features plenty of different mechanics. Melee attacks have different combinations and allow you to interact with your target to perform strategic moves and avoid damage. Players may also ambush their foes with surprise attacks from above or from behind. That way, they can even use the weaponry of their enemies to eliminate them using complex combinations. You may also try to parry the opponent’s attacks with your weapon. That feature does not require manual activation: you only need to perform particular movements so your character may repel the attack. Blocking uses different equipment and allows you to entirely or partly avoid the damage, and the activation mechanics is similar to parrying.

NARAKA: BLADEPOINT does not restrict players from exploring hidden places of the world: players can climb trees, buildings and mountains. The characters are very agile, and they can jump relatively far, perform wall-running and perform various tricks in the air. The developers designed the world in a way that every spot is accessible, and it is always possible to reach a specific point on the map following different paths. The grappling hook mechanics lets the players grapple to everything within range, which allows reaching usually impossible spots such as roofs of the high buildings and secret caves in the middle of a tall mountain.

The grappling hook also features various combat mechanics; players can drag their foes on the ground or quickly shorten the distance between them to unleash a devastating blow. It can also be used to avoid attacks and to run away from the combat at any time, and there are no restrictions on how you can use it.

Nakara: Bladepoint designs vivid eastern world with stunning visuals, and the game allows customizing various video, audio and controller settings to fit the requirements of most players. You can use both keyboard, mouse kit and controller to find the most convenient way to control your character, and the game allows you to customize the settings even further.

There is a wide range of characters available in the game, and you can modify their visual outlook along with the weaponry. The weapons have different sizes and attributes, and various types of them unlock different skills and abilities that can be used in combat. The wide assortment of available weaponry is obtainable during the game, and flexible customization system allows everyone to find their favourite playstyle.

NARAKA: BLADEPOINT brings unique experience to its players by combining a peaceful mysterious eastern world with modern movement system and combat improvements. It is an ultimate test of reaction and strategic approach for each player. It can bring a lot of fun to both casual and hardcore gamers, which can explore the world alone or in groups of friends, which makes possible massive team fights to happen, and that adds even more depth to the gameplay.
