School of Dragons Gameplay

The roleplaying MMO School of Dragons is based on the famous cartoon named “How to train your Dragon?”, and you can find various familiar characters, creatures and locations. The game welcomes new players with a character creation screen, and you can customize a young Viking using basic options, and you can also purchase additional visual features in the in-game shop. After creating the new character, a short dialogue leads to a trip to the school itself to pass the entry test, which will affect the outlook of the first dragon. There are several archetypes, and the players can change the dragon afterwards as well.

School of Dragons allows the players to explore the starting location, and the few of the available quests at that point serve as a manual to learn basic mechanics and other features of the game. The players can explore and find a lot of famous characters and dragons and complete various objectives for them to learn more about the game and earn additional rewards. Most of the quests require the players to travel somewhere to obtain a valuable item or collect resources to improve their village and learn more about the dragons. The game focuses on younger audiences; therefore, there are not too many action-related quests.

This MMORPG offers the players to use a science lab, where they can access their science kit to research various materials and discover more information regarding the natural world. The dragons are there to help the players as well to increase the temperatures and perform additional experiments. Each quest provides you with more information regarding rocks, glass and other mineral resources, and the characters fill in their journals with the discovered knowledge for the players to check at any time later.

School of Dragons features a wide variety of minigames, which you can find while completing various quests and by exploring different islands and locations. There is farming, and you need to buy seeds, tend crops and harvest plants. The in-game shop also allows you to speed up the process to get the results quicker. The game also includes fishing, and you can click on a pond to initiate the activity. Other activities become unlocked after your dragon grows big enough to participate, and that also requires a significant period.

This game requires the players to take care of their dragons, and you need to feed, play and complete multiple objectives to keep it happy. Otherwise, it is impossible to join various activities and acquire numerous bonuses. School of Dragons is an online project, and the players can receive experience points to level up and improve their attributes. You can also participate in racing, fighting and other activities together with other gamers and their dragons.

School of Dragons fits both casual and hardcore gamers, and it is mostly oriented on younger fans of the infamous cartoon. However, the game includes microtransactions to make most of the processes more straightforward, and more invested players can achieve everything by spending more time and completing additional side activities and challenges. The pet system also allows the players to take care of their dragons and develop their attributes in multiple ways. The customization system offers them to change the outlook of both dragons and Vikings.
