Star Stable gameplay

Star Stable is an MMO adventure game with various gameplay features, such as horse care, side quests, and multiplayer adventures. This game is entirely safe for kids, but mechanics are quite complicated so that it might be more suitable for teenagers.

Most of the activities in Star Stable are based on horse care. You need to feed your pet, heal and train it. It's necessary because your horse is your number-one friend and companion. Without that, you can't complete quests and participate in various competitions. When you start a game, you can choose one of the wide variety of horse breeds; it's also possible to buy more pets as soon as you progress in the game.

The plot of the game tells about the controversy of great evil, Garnok, and a team of brave girls, Soul Sisters. Your goal in this game is to lead the Sisters, protect the Jorvik city from the villain, and help in-game characters. During the game, you will open lots of beautiful areas on the map, with different conditions and challenges.

When you create an account in Star Stable, you will have to create a unique name for your character, choose her appearance and the breed of your horse. Character editor is detailed enough to make your hero look precisely like you, or create an unusual styled girl.

Of course, the main feature of Star Stable is horses. In this game, you spend most of your time with them; especially with your horse, which you can customize during the character creation. There is also an opportunity to change the equipment, add different accessories, and even go to the Horse Stylist with your pet so that you can change the mane and tail of your pet.

All horses have different abilities; just as in real life, some of these beautiful creatures are good at racing, others are gifted in dressage. You can train the features that you like most. Also, there is an opportunity to own a pony or fictional breed. There are about thirty regular breeds, three ponies and eight fictional horse breeds. Since the game is still updating and developing, this list may expand.

Horses in Star Stable has four fundamental characteristics. The Strength influences the weight for cargo that horse can carry; the Speed is how fast it can go; the Discipline rate shows how easy your horse listens to you and learns new commands; the Endurance is how long your horse can keep up the high pace. Some horses have special abilities, but not only positive: some horses have difficulties with different skills. Be patient, and you can control even the most stubborn horse.

One of the most exciting features of horses is Special Moves and Special Gaits. While the Moves do not affect the gameplay and are entirely a cosmetic part, the Gaits even can be used in unique races, where you have to perform the abilities of your horse's breed.

Also, your pet always needs in care: you can't just use it for fun and leave it alone until another race. You need to clean it, feed and give clean water, spend time with it; otherwise, your horse's health rank will start decreasing. You can see the Mood icon of your horse to understand its feelings. The Star Stable is stringent in this rule: if you want to have a pet, you should have responsibilities. This game is the best to show it; you can play it with your kid before getting the first pet. Or, if your child wants to own a horse, but you don't have enough place for it in your flat.

One of the most usual activities in Star Stable is racing. The game has numerous amount of competitions; all of the races take place at specific intervals. Some of them restricted to different breeds and cities. Races are daily quests in the universe of this game; for successful competition, you will get reputation, JS and experience points. Also, you can participate in scoreboard ranks; you won't get a reward for usual matches in this mode, but if you get the fastest time of the day, you will get the valuable JS award.

Moreover, there are some additional activities, mainly related to gathering and collecting. You can find the Fallen Stars, hidden throughout the whole game; baby spiders, that can be obtained for Professor Hayden, and toy postcards. There is no reward for collection of Fallen Stars, but you can get valuable prizes for the other two quests. For example, if you have found all of the hundred baby spiders, you will receive a cute spider pet.

Besides, Star Stable is not only a game about horses. It has a pleasant bonus, a simple but exciting plot and lots of side-quests. The best part of it is that all of the stories are kid-friendly and kind; if you're a parent and you are looking for a good game for your child, with the plot that tells about friendship, family, honesty, and care about others, then Star Stable is a game for you. The game has a variety of themes for conversation, and it can be a perfect example to explain some things. Don't worry; it's not boring at all: heroes in the game have pretty simple characters, but they are very charismatic, it's fascinating to communicate with them.
