Tower of Fantasy Gameplay

Perfect World presented another project for PC and mobile devices; this time its science fiction MMORPG Tower of Fantasy developed by Hotta Studio.

In this project, players will find a rich character editor, exciting plot, puzzles, research, сraft, dungeons, flights, climbing, many social features and great freedom of action in general.

The genre of the upcoming project is currently unclear: some Chinese sites address that as MMORPG, others report about adventure Action/RPG in the open world. And it's all in the official media. The most accurate opinion is that game belongs to the ARPG genre.

The game is known as Phantom Tower in China, and it's a very story-centric game. Also, the game is supposedly going to provide a lot of real-world interaction in the form of climbing, gliding, shooting, igniting, rolling, impacting and even destroying parts of the environment. The action-centric gameplay of Tower of Fantasy provides many immersive activities and sophisticated battles.

Tower of Fantasy is the upcoming Action/RPG from Perfect World and Hotta Studio for PC and mobile devices. The new project will have a Sci-Fi setting in combination with fantasy and a pleasant anime style. The development is carried out on the engine Unreal Engine 4. The expected features are craft system, free movement in the giant open world without loading screens, flying, fast action on the water, climbing, boss fights and an exciting story with cinematic gameplay scenes.

The game is going to be released in China for different platforms for PC and mobile. Currently, they have pre-registration open and available for players that are interested, which means the game isn't too far off from release, but only for Chinese players. Most likely it's going to be released in 2021 after all tests.
