Wasteland 3 is a computer game in the genre of RPG. The project is currently under development by inXile Entertainment; it's a continuation of the computer game Wasteland 2 created in 2014. The game is scheduled for release on August 28, 2020, for Windows, macOS, Linux, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Wasteland 3 is one of the few traditional RPGs with support of the multiplayer mode. The events of the game will take place in Colorado after the global conflict, during the nuclear winter.

In Wasteland 3, you will join the Colorado Desert Rangers. You will need to equip your base, upgrade your transportation, train your recruits and fight the local survivors to survive. Still, you have to remember that every choice has consequences.

In Wasteland 3, the fate of Arizona is inextricably linked to that of Colorado. You are a desert ranger in a hopeless struggle to save Arizona when suddenly the Patriarch of Colorado contacts you. He promises to help if you do for him a job that he can only entrust to a stranger: you will have to save his lands from the ambitions of his three bloodthirsty children.

Wasteland 3 is a post-apocalyptic role-playing game from inXile Entertainment, which offers you the difficult tactical battles, hours of research and a deep, complex plot with unexpected twists and brutal moral dilemmas. You can play alone or with friends, customize your squad with clothes and abilities, and personalize your transport. Saving Colorado won't be easy, but Arizona's counting on you.

The cooperative mode features gameplay for the two users. The coop isn't a separate mini-campaign: it features to explore the whole game freely. Just like in single-player mode, you and your friend can gather a maximum of six characters. The squad is allowed to be divided into two groups, and it's not necessary to make them equal in number.
